Part 5 - your techie does tech
You've completed Part 4 - Let Your Architect Design Your Business.
Here's Part 5- Your Techie Does Tech.
Successful & savvy business owners use technology to their advantage. Think platforms, media channels, software, the Internet Of Things.
Once you go Tech, you'll never go back!
The best way of doing this is to identify your business technology requirements, and finding a tech support person who can not only do your initial set-up, but also offers ongoing support. Glitches happen!
What can your techie do for you?
The long answer, "First identify what your business needs, before employing anyone, or buying anything.".
Look at your Business Plan, Business Model, and Strategy, to see whether you need:
- a website (if so, what should be on it, how should it look & operate, etc.)
- cloud-based sync & share tools
- document sharing & collaboration tools
- software applications
- what platforms
- online scheduling, invoicing, payments processing
- productivity or time management tools
- conferencing software
- voice-recognition software
- etc., etc.
