Step 1 - What are your major pain points?
Get out of your work space - somewhere with minimal distractions, & no technology. Work with pen & paper.
Think about your purpose, and how your business is a path to fulfilling your purpose. Imagine your business ideal - what would it look like, feel like? Go on, dream a little!
Now compare your ideal business to your current business state. List the major differences, including your feelings.
Review the list, highlighting the points with the biggest mismatch between ideal and current state. Could be revenue, could be over-whelm, could be profit. Let's work with profit.
Ask yourself some questions - find your Why:
Your last answer, E, is highly likely to be the root cause area you need to address, either directly in your business, or in yourself as the business owner.

Step 2 - Dig deeper
Now you have your most pressing concern - still not a goal!
Look at your business roles in light of this concern.
If your concern relates to Profit: your profit comes from revenue derived from sales to your clients.
Your role as Publicist deals with client acquisition and sales, so that is where you would look for direction on how to address your concern, and formulate your goal.
Step 3 - Phrase your SMART goal
You might end up with something along the lines of:
